Decorated with a hand etched design inspired by the countryside surrounding the pottery here in Northumberland and the joy it brings in spring. Features our newest stamped design at the base, created by Karl and showing the traditional beehive kiln in which our salt glazed pots are fired along with the Roman numerals to mark 23 the year in which this piece was made.

Our crocks made today follow the simplistic style that was first produced over 50 years ago at the pottery. A storage essential for the home coloured and patterned by the traditional salt glazing techniques used in our beehive kiln give each crock an individual look. Finished with a handthrown lid featuring a round handle.
