Our products are handmade, and produced by traditional methods.  They often feature irregularities, colour and size variations.
Many of our pots use reactive glazes which by their very nature, result in variations in the glazing.

Salt Glaze is applied to the pots via a gas swirling around in the kiln, giving variations in colour, this is not controllable.
If you are buying additional products to add to your existing collection, please tell us in advance and send pictures, and we will do our best to colour match.

For all the reasons above we therefore cannot accept returns, we hope you understand.
Many of our Big Pots features are “one-offs” they are indicated by this symbol , in this case, the picture you see will be the actual pot you receive.
Before dispatch, we will send additional pictures of the pot to make sure you are happy with your selection.
Enjoy your pots, if looked after they will last for generations, many are made by Artisans who may well be the last generation making these goods.
