Delivery
Depending on the size of the pot we will either deliver by parcel courier for small pots or by pallet for large pots.

Parcel Deliveries
This is used for small pots that can be safely packed in carton boxes.

The delivery cost is £15 if the delivery fits in 1 box usually up to 9.99kg and £25 if 2 boxes usually up to 19.99kg. This is weight dependent

N.B. This applies to parcel deliveries only.

Exceptions; Typically, pots in the 40 – 60 cm range present extra difficulties, due to their size, shape and weight they need to go by pallet. In which case the pallet charge may be disproportionate to the pot weight, you may wish to add to your purchases to optimise the delivery cost, see Tips below.

Pallet Deliveries
Large pots must be delivered on pallets from £50, £70 and £125 per pallet depending on UK postcode.

Pallet charges to UK Islands including Channel Islands, Eire and Overseas will be quoted separately.

N.B. At check-out, the shopping cart will only show one pallet charge depending on weight

If the delivery requires more than one pallet the delivery charge will be charged accordingly again dependent on post code.

It is difficult to estimate how many pallets will be required, so either contact Errington Reay Office for a firm quotation before you order or just proceed to check-out, an automatic one or 2 pallet will charge will be taken.

Should there be additional pallet costs, we will contact you with the correct amount.

Add other pots to your order without paying extra delivery charges or consider buying a full set of pots, which are better value than the single size.
