Basalt stone column water feature, rough cut finish to highlight the natural style of this piece and bring out the colour variations in the stone. The illusion of a floating top is given by the stainless steel supports, this area can be additionally highlighted with the LED light kit which is included. Bringing together the elements of earth, water and light in a beautiful feature that will stand the test of time. This feature would suit a hidden reservoir base, and therefore would need to be placed upon a support grid with the pump to be connected and exit at the base of the feature into the reservoir below. Water will flow from the top of the stone and cascade over the column into the hidden base covered in pebbles (pebbles, grid and reservoir not included). Made from natural basalt this is a heavy piece which will require more than one person to put into place. Comes with pump for mains electricity and LED lighting kit, we recommend using an indoor plug or covered outdoor socket. Please note due to the natural stone colour variations and shape will differ slighlty for each feature. Combining classical styles that have been made throughout our long history, united with forward thinking and fresh design elements that set these special pots apart from our regular range and celebrate our heritage and love for pottery. These pots are placed high in the kiln during the firing process to capture the very best colouring and variations created in our Beehive kiln. Fired to high temperatures and salt glazed using traditional methods which have stood the the test of time and produce a frost proof pot. A handmade pot with a light white clay body which when salt glazed produces a much lighter creamy finish when compared to the standard range. Combining the very beginnings of the pottery, in its design that echo's the drainage pipes that were at the core of production in the early days of the factory. Brought up to date with an abstract repeated print of the ER logo to give you a unique planter for the garden.
